Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Direct Support Professionals are the foundation of our services, helping individuals grow and succeed in everyday life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support in the community and home settings
  • Assist individuals with daily living and independent living skills
  • Support community participation, social activities, and skill-building
  • Follow individualized service plans and DDD guidelines
  • Promote safety, dignity, and independence

Office Coordinator

Office Coordinators keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Support daily administrative operations
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and onboarding
  • Maintain organized records and communication systems
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff and families

Case Manager

Case Managers ensure quality, compliance, and positive outcomes across all services.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate DDD services and monitor service delivery
  • Communicate with families, support coordinators, and staff
  • Ensure documentation and services meet DDD requirements
  • Conduct oversight visits and track progress toward goals
  • Support and guide direct care staff

Job Coach

Job Coaches help individuals prepare for and succeed in meaningful employment opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals in developing employment and job-readiness skills
  • Assist with workplace training and on-the-job support
  • Encourage independence and confidence in work environments
  • Collaborate with employers and support teams
